Your path to sustainable wellness should be as unique as you are.

Not all health and wellness programs work for all women.

As women we share similar challenges and desires. But while one woman’s biggest challenges might include an expanding waistline and juggling the demands of a busy household, another woman’s challenges might be battling mood swings and brain fog, while navigating a high-pressure career.

Just because we share similar challenges doesn’t mean that our health and wellness can be trusted to a one-size-fits-all program. Our individual needs are complex, but that doesn’t mean we need complicated exercise or nutrition programs.

I work on the basic principle that health and wellness programs should be 100% customized for our bodies and our lifestyles.

The Balanced Woman program incorporates research-driven methods that have been proven to work for women of all shapes, sizes and lifestyles. And every aspect of your program is tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

During our first 1:1 coaching session we will talk more about your goals and our starting point. We’ll then create a plan based upon the four elements of balance.

We’ll use our subsequent 1:1 coaching sessions to review your progress, tailor your plan to improve your results, and help you navigate the obstacles life throws at you.

Improve your nutrition with foods you enjoy.


Move your body in ways that feel good.


Manage stress so it doesn’t derail your progress.


Improve the quality and quantity of your sleep.

A coach to support you, every step of the way.

As a woman transitioning through menopause myself, I completely understand how tough this time can be. It can feel like our bodies and minds are working against us.

Making and sustaining lifestyle change isn’t just about knowing what to do. It’s about making that change simple, easy and fun.

That is why I designed the Balanced Woman program to be a fad-free, fully-customized program with a high-level of 1:1 coaching.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?

The program requires you to check-in for a minimum of 5-10 minutes each day.

If you’re able to dedicate extra time to your health and wellness, that is great. The more time and energy you put in, the better your results will be.

However, the program is designed so that progress is achieved by consistently showing up in some small way each and every day, as opposed to the starting and stopping that happens when we overcommit ourselves or try to implement big changes all at once.

How long will it take to see results?

Just by taking action, you should start to feel better about your health and body. But this isn’t another fad diet or exercise regime promising quick results.

We are not only working to get you in the best shape of your life now. We are working to build habits that ensure you stay in great shape through your menopausal years and beyond.

Sustainable change takes time, which is why we start with a 12 week program focused on small, incremental lifestyle changes.

Do you offer a shorter program?

There are a lot of fad diets and hard-core exercise programs out there that offer quick results. But you know from experience, that those results rarely last. Which is why you are here.

The Balanced Woman program is not just designed to get you in the best shape of your life now, but to build habits that ensure you stay in great shape through your menopausal years and beyond.

We believe it takes at least 12 weeks to create those sort of long-term habits.

Am I able to pause my program if something comes up?

Do you ever notice that just as you are finally settling in to focus on something important – like your own health and wellbeing – the universe throws another distraction at you?

As women, we are particularly good at putting everyone else’s needs ahead of our own. We rationalize that we’ll have time to take care of ourselves, after we help our children or our partners or colleagues with their stuff. 

This program is meant to help you be your healthiest self, no matter what else is going on in your daily life. If you’ve made the commitment to start, I’ll make the commitment to help you finish.

Can I get more support if I need it?

Absolutely! You can buy more sessions, or upgrade your package at any time.

The Balanced Woman package includes 1:1 coaching calls every two weeks. If you decide part way through (or after the program has finished) that you could use even more support, just reach out and we can discuss your options.

What happens after 12 weeks?

After 12 weeks you will have a better understanding of the tools you need to take control of your health and lifestyle. However, many clients enjoy the accountability and the results they achieve, and therefore they decide to continue their program.
