Our bodies slow down, we gain weight more easily and our energy levels decrease. As we move into menopause, many women experience anxiety and depression. It’s no wonder we start feeling frustrated and helpless.
It’s at this point that we have two choices:
1. We can live our lives feeling tired, irritable and invisible.
2. We can commit to building the sustainable habits required to create a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.
Midlife provides an opportunity for a more sustainable approach to health and wellness.
There’s a wisdom that comes with age.
We’ve been around the block a few times, and realize that a fad diet or exercise craze is not going to make us feel healthier or happier in the long run.
We also know that changing how we eat and exercise is not enough. Instead, we need to develop the mental and emotional skills to maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle – through our menopausal years and beyond.

I’m a health and wellness coach who empowers women to be fit, healthy, and confident through midlife and the menopausal stages.
As a woman transitioning through menopause myself, I completely understand how challenging this time can be. But as a behavior change coach specializing in health, nutrition, and fitness, I also know that the effects of aging and menopause don’t need to define our lives.
I designed the Balanced Woman program to help women in their 40s, 50s and 60s become their fittest, healthiest, most confident self.
